Maja graduated at Split Law University in 2007. She worked as an attorney trainee in Law Firm Rude i partneri j.t.d. from Šibenik, Ivan Sumić legal office from Split and Law Firm MATULIĆ SUMIĆ & partneri d.o.o. from Split.

In 2014 she graduated at Split University Department of Forensic Sciences — Module: Forensic Science and National Security.

Since 2018 she has been working as attorney at law in Law Firm MATULIĆ SUMIĆ & partneri d.o.o. from Split.

In her legal practice she represented and advised many private and corporate clients, including shipyards, manufacturing companies, hotel companies, investment funds. Her main areas of expertise are cases of civil litigations, property law, labour law, commercial and company law, legal affairs related to the real estate, legal status of aliens in the Republic of Croatia and administrative procedures.

She is fluent in English.
